The XA30.8 is an exceptional stereo power amplifier on many levels high-biased MOSFETs providing higher-power Class A operation, direct-coupled front-end circuitry for exceptionally high stability, and larger, more robust heat sinks similar to those of the bigger .8 series amplifiers. The output stage uses 40 MOSFETs, and its thermal management borrows directly from its larger siblings generous heat sink capacity allows the amplifier to run cooler and more efficiently, maintaining optimal operating temperature even during extended listening sessions or when driving demanding loudspeakers.
